Exhilarating Psychedelic Satire!

I’ve had the pleasure to post previous paintings by Aussie artist Hayley Arjona already and it is my great pleasure to do it again because her work is always refreshing, exhilarating, even musical! Bursting out with life and a very acute, disturbing sense of humor. I love it!

Hayley Arjona delves into higher depths of hysteria and psychedelic satire. The colours, contrasts and comedy overwhelm the senses whilst the content creeps up behind like a sick after taste. These oversized oil paintings are absurd, grotesque and exuberant. A reflection of our times and the fertility of human stupidity. Judge by yourself!
